Been wanting to catch The Tree of Life last year in the theaters but I didn't get the chance because of my exams. Finally caught it on Tuesday, thanks to my dad who bought the dvd.I must say it isn't the typical dramatic or action filled blockbuster film. It isn't one where emotions are clearly expressed and defined in the film. There is a nice flow to it when the different stages were introduced throughout the film though there were some parts that were confusing (like the volcano and microscopic scenes). But thinking about it after it ended, it all made sense.
Sad, but terribly beautiful.
